Mark your calendars! The Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is set for February 15 – 24, 2013!
Amazing Southern California weather, stellar ground acts and outstanding main stage performers drew a record crowd of more than 315,000 fairgoers to the 66th Annual Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival. The Fair’s growing success is due in part to its affordability to area residents. For less than the price of a movie ticket, families enjoyed the aquatic antics of the very popular Sea Lion Splash, the action-packed stunts of the cool Canine Show dogs, the ever-popular and entertaining Hypnotist Show, crazy camel and ostrich races, adorable petting zoo and live animals, Arabian themed Nightly Musical Pageant, outrageous Monster Trucks, and much more. Free Headline Entertainment included performances by: LeAnn Rimes, Hot Chelle Rae, Uncle Kracker and Banda Los Recoditos! And don’t forget all the tempting treats from cinnamon rolls to funnel cake and wood-fire pizza to barbeque.
The 2012 record joins ranks with 2007, 2010 and 2011 by surpassing the 300,000 attendance level for the fourth time in Fair history. Single-day attendance records for 2012 included: Tuesday - 15,988, Wednesday - 18,608 and the second Friday - Fantasy $5 Friday presented by Fantasy Springs Casino - 26,371.
The Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is focused on providing affordable, family-friendly entertainment to area residents and will continue to expand its lineup with new shows and attractions.

The Grandstand Arena features exhilarating shows that are a must see including Fiesta Del Charro, Bull-O-Rama, Monster Trucks & Freestyle Motorcross, Demolition Derby and the hilarious Camel & Ostrich Races that continue to captivate audiences with their crazy riders and unexpected animal behavior.
Indulge in your favorite Fair foods while you visit, from Cinnamon Rolls to Fried Twinkies to Gelato, you are sure to find something to satisfy your sweet tooth. The Nightly Musical Pageant mesmerizes crowds every night of the Fair with a talented cast of singers and dancers in dazzling regalia. Mid-week entertainment provides you the opportunity to go back in time with a tribute to various artists. Two Carnivals will please the entire family with extreme rides for thrill seekers, as well as rides for the young or young at heart.
