1. All Local, General, and State rules apply in this department.
2. Open to residents of Riverside County 18 years and over and not enrolled in High School.
3. Four (4) entries per exhibitor, maximum of two (2) per class, plus one (1) in Open Division.
4. Judges reserve the right to move or disqualify any exhibit that does not abide by the Rules of Woodcarving.
5. Best of Division Ribbon will be awarded with no monetary value. To be eligible, there must be a minimum of three (3) entries per division and only 1st place winners will be eligible for Best of Division ribbon.
6. Any finish permissible for all Divisions.
7. Best of Show shall be picked from among the Best of Division winners.
8. Any carver who has won BEST OF SHOW in any major show must enter Master Division.
9. All display cases will be secured by the building supervisor and staff prior to the opening of Fair.
10. All possible care will be taken to prevent loss or damage to exhibits but in no event will the Fair Management, Building Supervisors or workers be responsible for any injury or loss which might occur.

• Novice Carvers: Entry Level Carver - Never Won Best of Novice Award
• Advanced Carvers: Has Won Best of Novice - Never Won Best of Show Award
• Master Carvers: Has Won Best of Show Award

SHOWORKS

All entries must be made online through ShoWorks. If you plan to make changes to your entries or need to leave ShoWorks at any time - SAVE YOUR CART before exiting out. Once you select PAY NOW your entry will be submitted and you will not be able to make changes to your cart online. Those needing assistance with online entries can visit the Main Office Wednesday, January 24, 2024 to Friday, January 26, 2024 10:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday, January 27 9:00am - 3:00pm. The Main Office is located in the Shalimar building at Gate 4 on Arabia Street.

PAYMENT

Online credit card payments are the only method to enter your exhibit and are due upon entry. Cash or check payments will not be accepted.
