Registration will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. A request for registration may be made up to 48 hours prior to the planned event, but not more than 30 days prior to the planned event. Free Speech Applications for the 2026 Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival presented by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino will open on January 13, 2026.
