BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY

Carefully review this guide as it contains all of the applicable information regarding the exact rules and deadlines for this specific category, ensuring you are entering the correct classes in advance. When you submit your entry online, you agree that you understand the rules and regulations.

SHOWORKS

All entries must be made online through ShoWorks. If you plan to make changes to your entries or need to leave ShoWorks at any time - SAVE YOUR CART before exiting. Once you select 'PAY NOW', your entry will be submitted, and you will not be able to make changes to your cart online. Those needing assistance with online entries can visit the Main Office from Monday, January 12, 2026, to Wednesday, January 14, 2026. The Main Office is located in the Shalimar building at Gate 4 on Arabia Street.

PAYMENT

Online credit card payments are the only method for entering your exhibit and are due upon submission. No Cash or check payments accepted.

LAST DAY TO ENTER

MONDAY, JANUARY 19 BY 11:30 PM.

Pinewood Derby

The Pinewood Derby is a classic Cub Scout event where kids build and race small, unmanned wooden cars down a gravity-powered track, promoting craftsmanship, sportsmanship, and family bonding as they design, build (with adult help), and race cars from a standard kit. It's a signature Scouting tradition, involving a simple wooden block, wheels, and axles, with rules for weight (under 5 oz) and design, culminating in fun races and awards.

This event is only open to Open to Cub Scouts and siblings or parents, of Cub Scouts

Perfectly Paired Contest

Come dressed in coordinating outfits and strike your best Valentine's Day pose for a fun competition for couples or pairs to show off their "meet-cute"!

Date February 14

Check in by 2:30 pm

Contest begins at 3:00 pm

LIMIT: One entry per pair

REQUIREMENTS: Two people of any age or gender must enter together to compete.

JUDGING CRITERIA :

Creativity 25%

Cohesiveness 50%

Pose 25%

Ribbons and prizes will be awarded!

Non-Profit Booths

This is for Non-Profit organizations only in the Taj Mahal Building organization not competing in Agriculture Competitive Competition, Its free - click here to register and select the class for the size needed for your booth. Just know that all booth spaces will be confirmed if we have enough space to warrant the request.
