We are excited to once again invite all Riverside County K-12 schools to participate in self-guided educational School Tours of the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival presented by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino.
School Tours include:
- Free Admission to the Fairgrounds during the assigned School Tour time slot
- Free Bus Parking during the assigned School Tour time slot
- One Free Return Admission to the Fair & Date Fest during normal operating hours on any day for each student and chaperone
- Crafts & Hobbies Building, including the dazzling Coachella Valley Model Railroaders exhibit
- Gem & Mineral Building, hosted by the San Gorgonio Mineral & Gem Society
- Exhibits Building, featuring Fine Arts, Photography, Youth Entries, & interactive STEM activities
- Taj Mahal, home to our Featured Date exhibits, Cooking with Dates stage*, Date Tasting booth*, Celebrating Farmworkers exhibit, and other agricultural displays
- Livestock Barns, showcasing youth animal projects including goats, sheep, pigs, and cattle
Dates & Times:
Wednesday, February 21: 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. or 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 22: 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. or 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
NOTE: To facilitate a safe and interactive learning experience, School Tours occur outside of the Fair & Date Fest’s normal operating hours.Food stands, entertainment, shopping vendors, and carnival rides will NOT be open or operational during School Tours. Consequently, please make arrangements to manage student lunches outside of your visit to the Riverside County Fairgrounds. Transportation to and from the Fairgrounds is not provided. Each student and chaperone will be provided with a complimentary admission ticket to return to the Fair & Date Fest during open hours.
