Season Pass: $30 for daily admission for the duration of the Fair (Carnival Rides must be purchased separately)

If you want to purchase at the gate the day of your visit, we sell them from ticket booths at Gate 1 and Gate 6.

 

Rather purchase your tickets in person:

Visit the Fair Administration Office every day from 9 am to 4 pm beginning Monday February 3rd – Thursday February 13th.

We accept cash or credit cards.

Do I need to buy a ticket for the concert?

No, the star-studded line-up at the Fantasy Springs Concert Pavilion is included with your fair admission ticket. Seating will be first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early.

Where is will call?

Will Call is located at our south Gate 6 entrance off Dr. Carreon Blvd. You must have tickets reserved under your name.

 

Is there a parking fee for the Fair?

General Parking: $10 Per Day (handicapped parking available)

Located between Dr. Carreon & Ave. 48 off of Arabia Street

 

Preferred Parking: $15 Per Day (handicapped parking available)

Located on the corner where Dr. Carreon & Arabia Street meet. Closest parking lot to Gate 6.

 

Bus Tours Parking: FREE with ticket purchase

 

What services are available for guests with disabilities?

Shuttle services are provided for handicap from our general parking lot on Arabia Street to Gate 6 on Dr. Carreon.

 

Are pets allowed inside the Fair?

No pets are allowed in the fairgrounds, but we love service animals. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are working animals, not pets.

 

Do you have RV Parking during the Fair?

RV Overnight Parking: $15 Per Day - Check Out By Noon

Are my bags going to be searched?

At all entry gates the Fair reserves the right to search all bags, backpacks, coolers, purses, containers etc. upon entry to the Fair and upon request while on the Fairgrounds. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry or ejection. Your purchase of an admission ticket includes your agreement to submit to a search while on the fairgrounds.

What is not allowed at the Venue?

In order to ensure your safety at the grounds the following is prohibited:

 

No clothing or apparel that has been changed in any way to identify the wearer as belonging to or identifying with a criminal street gang.

 

No gang activity such as “flashing of signs”, gathering or traveling in large groups or disruptive behavior of any kind.

 

Persons may be removed from the premises and/or arrested who are identified as participants in gang activity (186.22 PC)

Confiscated items are considered forfeited upon entry. These will NOT be returned. Refusal to Comply will result in denied entry or ejection.

 

I have health problems and am not able to eat food, will I be able to bring drink supplements in?

Yes.

 

May I bring my food into the Fair?

Outside food/beverages are not allowed with the exception of sealed water bottles.

 

Can I bring my medical prescription?

Yes.

Do you rent scooters or wheelchairs?

Wheelchair rentals are offered at Gate 1 off Hwy 111 & Gate 6 off Arabia Street.

Manual Wheelchairs: $15 Per Day

Motorized Scooters: $20 Per Hour / $50 Per Day (subject to change)

 

Will there be lockers available?

No.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash, Credit & Debit cards are accepted at entry gates and some vendors accept credit cards.

I lost something at the Fair, who can I contact?

All items are collected for the duration of the Fair at the Information Booth inside the Fair.

 

Is alcohol sold at the Fair?

Yes, there are various stands throughout the grounds that you can purchase alcohol with the proper I.D.

 

Is smoking allowed?

Our grounds are a non-smoking facility.

E-Cigs & Vaporizers are strictly forbidden.

 

How hot or cold will it get at night?

Can I pass out flyers inside or outside of the grounds?

Can I become a Food & Beverage Vendor at the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival?

Vendors must access the vendor application online, print and submit by mail with required $25 application fee. Please read the “Instructions for Completing Application” carefully as incomplete applications will not be considered. Faxed and emailed applications will not be accepted.
