All tickets must be will-called. No tickets will be mailed.
Each bus must have a separate form.

Handling charges apply to brochure orders only. Charges for 1-50 brochures is $4 and 51-100 brochures is $7.		 $0

You will be called to obtain credit card information.

Full payment of 25 tickets and any brochure handling charge must be made when the order is placed. Order must be received and paid for by February 11, 2010 or order will be void. If you have any questions, please call Kristine Sanico at (951) 955-6666 or 1-800-984-1000.

Refund Policy: Refunds can be issued only with written notice postmarked on or before February 1, 2010 to the address below. No partial refund on the first 25 tickets is permitted.
